Some people are test-takers, and some are not. There is no way around taking an exam if you want to have a certification in cybersecurity. If you’re not a good test taker, don’t worry. I have you covered for all the training material I used to pass the exam. I believe in using training material from various sources. One, you don’t want all the training material coming from one instructor. I feel it is better to learn from more than one person because you will see things differently. It may be that perspective you needed to understand a particular topic, leading you to pass the exam. I also try, when available, to learn from various platforms as well. I will use books, videos, and hands-on training to learn the material. This gives you the best chance of success on your first try. The cost for certifications can be a few hundred dollars or even a few thousand. If possible, you want to avoid paying for a retake for the test. I know that retakes are cheaper, but it is money you don’t need to spend. I will be adding to this section as I take certifications throughout my career.
